Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, properly packed items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 7-15 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (24 hours), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply e-mail us with the subject "Return" to arunitaluxe@gmail.com with your Order ID. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We ship across India to virtually all pin codes. Once you place an order, we’ll provide estimated shipping and delivery timelines based on item availability and your selected shipping method.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If a shipment is delayed or stuck in transit due to such events, Arunita Luxe cannot be held responsible.
Shipping rates are weight-based and rounded up to the next full kilogram, as per our shipping partners’ policies. The weight of each item is listed on its product detail page.
