We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 15 days for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with the subject “Return Order” or “Exchange Order” via arunitaluxe@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the return/exchange process and provide you with the necessary instructions and a return shipping address.

Once your order is placed, it will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. We will notify you by email or phone in case of any delays or issues with your order.

For eligible returns, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
