Returns and Exchanges

At Arunita Luxe, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unused, and properly packed items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact.


It must be returned in the original packaging


Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery


We will cover return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).


Condition Verification Before Return Pickup
To ensure a smooth return process and protect the integrity of our products, we kindly request that customers share clear photographs of the garment and its original packaging before handing it over to the return courier on our WhatsApp at 6002793503 or email us at arunitaluxe@gmail.com.

This step helps us verify the item’s condition and ensures it meets our return eligibility criteria. Returns without this verification may be delayed or declined.



2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:


Items returned after the 3-day window


Items that show signs of wear or damage


3. How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at arunitaluxe@gmail.com with the subject line "Return", including your Order ID and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

We’ll process the return within 24 hours

You will receive your refund within 7–15 business days from the date the return is shipped, depending on:

Return transit time: 5–7 business days

Internal processing: 1 business day

Bank processing time: 5–7 business days

You’ll be notified via email once your refund has been processed.


5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like to replace an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
