Returns and Exchanges

At Arunita Luxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our Returns and Exchanges Policy below:

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
• The item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
• The return/exchange request is initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with the subject “Return Order” or “Exchange Order” via arunitaluxe@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the return/exchange process and provide you with the necessary instructions and a return shipping address.
3. Refunds: For eligible returns, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
4. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference during the return process, we will check the availability of the requested item and, upon receiving your returned item, process the exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
